Honestly Jenn, everyone gets the blues sometimes. It's pretty normal. I know you feel really down right now, but it will pass. Main thing is you have to take care of yourself, try not to eat too much junk food, get some exercise, keep yourself busy with stuff to do. I know I've been super busy with work lately so I haven't been around to hang out lately, but after this week is over I will be back to my normal schedule. You can always call me.

ReplyDeleteno way.. it isn't that far yet. I exercised a bit last night and I didn't eat everything in sight.. and I feel a little better today.
