I got my pre-qual letter today and I'm set to start the journey!

How exciting!!! (And yes, I felt like crapping my pants too.) Owning your own home is such a confidence booster, and this is a fantastic time to buy. If you buy a home soon, you can take advantage of the 2008 First-time Homebuyer's Tax Rebate and receive up to $8,000 back! (Thanks, President Obama!)
